I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach so there is no specific “diet” you must follow. However, I am a big proponent of nutrient-dense foods so I give you my recommendations on which foods to eat, avoid and limit. That way you can eat for a toned beautiful body, radiant skin & hair, and still enjoy the foods you love.
